Practice Meditation With Us

Classes include guided meditation and a talk with simple wisdom for less stress.

Maybe you "tried meditation" and were disappointed. But really it's a practice, like the piano or a sport — you practice to get better at it. You can slow down your thoughts and quiet your mind with practice.

Meditation is NOT about "thinking nothing" it's about training your mind.

By practicing meditation we become more familiar with positive and beneficial ways of thinking, and reduce our negativity. Our practice also brings us more clarity and confidence. Anyone can learn to meditate, it's just a new skill. 

 

Everybody welcome.

No special clothing is needed. Most classes begin with guided meditation, so please try to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
